14-Day Free Trial: Explore all features with full, unrestricted access — including fully-coached workouts, workshops, educational content, a private community, and optional accountability groups. If you love it, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue at your selected rate.

Subscription & Billing Terms:
Your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel. After your 14-day free trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the plan you selected, and your membership will auto-renew at the regular price, currently $30 per month, using your original payment method unless cancelled. Your first charge will occur at the end of your 14-day free trial (on day 15), on the payment method you provide today, and each subsequent charge will occur automatically at the start of each new billing term unless you cancel beforehand. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin automatically and your account will be charged.

How to Cancel:
You may cancel at any time — here's how:

• On the web: Log in, then go to Settings > Billing and select Cancel, or on the app go to Profile > Manage My Subscription.
• By email: Contact us at support@connectpff.com and we'll process your cancellation.
• App Store / Google Play subscribers: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel directly through that platform's subscription settings.

To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends. To stop a renewal on an active subscription, cancel before the end of your current billing term.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once billing occurs. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid term. To update your payment method, please notify us at least one week prior to your renewal date. Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be submitted directly through those platforms.
