Meet Caroline, DPT — Founder of Connect

I'm Caroline, pelvic floor physical therapist, lifelong athlete, and mom of three. After my first pregnancy I was leaking on runs and dealing with prolapse. The workouts that had always made me feel like myself were making things worse.

What I learned changed everything: looking fit and being functionally strong are not the same thing. Connect is the method I built because nobody else had. Over 10,000 women have used it to move past their symptoms and get back to what they love.
